He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Spivey (Hall) of Lombard, IL; his wife Pam Spivey; his sisters, Norma "Punkin" Corse (Rice) of Alma, AR, Rosemary Groda (Glenn) of Alma, AR, Barbara Rupley of LaPorte, TX and Bonnie Spivey of Lombard, IL; and his aunt Mildred Johnson of Alma, AR. He is also survived by three children, one step-son, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and forever friends.
