He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Marrs and Vivian Marrs (Dobyne); and his brother Robert Marrs. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Reed Marrs of Mountainburg; his children, Lisa Marrs Kushner of Prescott, AZ, Kristy Marrs Smith of Highland, CA, Charles Marrs of Yucaipa, CA and Michael Marrs of Temecula, CA; and his stepdaughters, Rhonda Mendenhall (Randy) of Mountianburg and Towanna Kelley of Alma. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
