It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lera Mae Fields of Mountainburg, Arkansas, who passed away on August 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harve Howell and Mentie Howell (Brewer); and her husband Reverend Harold "Sonny" Fields. She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Fields (Pam) of Mountainburg and Darren Fields (Amanda) of Mulberry; her siblings, Caroleen Nelson of Uniontown, Francis Henson of Uniontown, Gale Howell of Uniontown, Beckey Leggett of California, Paul Howell of Uniontown, Lee Howell of Van Buren and Ray Howell of Uniontown; her grandchildren, Joshua Fields (Molly), Caleb Fields, Cheyann Claybaugh (Jonathan), Auburn Fields, Georgia Fields, Tacoma Fields and Dakoda Fields; and her great grandchildren, Solomon Knox and Connor Claybaugh.
