He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Rue and Mildred La Rue (Arlington); his wife Mariam Nolen Clark of Mountainburg; his daughter Kim Baker (Fort Smith) of Mountainburg; his sister Joyce Rogers of Mountainburg; and his grandchildren, Tasha Keeland of Mountainburg, Ashley, Brittany, Kyle and Sierra. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests heartfelt donations be made to the River Valley Food bank.
