He is survived by: his sons, Samuel Allen Medley (Amanda) of Alma and Dalton Lee Medley of Joplin, MO; his brother Eddie Medley of Oklahoma City; and his grandchildren, Grayson Medley, Kalaina Medley, Kylen Medley and Kierley Medley.
