He is survived by : his wife Ann Treat (Kiser); his daughters, Andrea Walker (Brandon) of Mountainburg, Julie Osburn of Kibler, Jana Turner (Jeff) of Garfield and Brenda Booth (John) of Canadian, OK; his niece Lisa Chaplin; and his nephew Paul Chaplin (Shana). He is also survived by 10 grandsons; 4 great granddaughters.
