He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Loggins and Viola Loggins (Hadlow); his daughters, Tawana Yoakum and Gail Edwards; his stepson David Efurd; and his grandson Jesse Glimp.
He is survived by: his wife Elwanda B. Loggins; his stepchildren, Sharon Freeman of Mountainburg and Mark Efurd of Mountainburg; and his siblings, Kay Goldman of Evansville, Ramona Long of Stillwell, Charles Seaton of Oklahoma City, Harold Seaton of Stillwell and Larry Parker of Stillwell. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
