He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his children, Stephen Mattia of Kansas, Janie Marie Mattia of Kansas and Cadence Pense of Kansas; his stepchildren, Cody of Alma, Michael of Alma, Stormy of Van Buren and Patence of Van Buren; his parents, Wade Parr of Mountainburg and Rebecca Parr of Mountainburg; his sisters, Stacie Van-Lenten of Sallisaw, Christina Caldwell of Mountainburg and Paternal; and his grandfather Frank Parr of Missouri.
