He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert Woughter; his wife Patricia Woughter; and his sister Carol McCarty. He is survived by: his children, John Woughter (Carl) of Mountainburg, Jennifer Woughter of Shawnee, OK, James Woughter of Conway and Jared Woughter (Patty) of Mountainburg; and his daughter-in-law Sarah Farmer of Shawnee. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
