He was predeceased by: his father Vern Howard; and his sister Dinna Ketchum. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Howard; his children, Theresa Brewer of Alma, Angelia (Bose) and Micheal Howard of Alma; and his siblings, Sheryll Gregory of Mountainburg, Raymond Howard of Alabama, Freddy Howard of Alma, Donnie Howard of Palestine, TX and Johnny Howard of Alma. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
