He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Dutch" Osburn and Amy Osburn (Rush); his wife Annetta Osburn (Meadors); his son Roy "Dobbin" Osburn; his grandson Brian Osburn; and his siblings, Royal Osburn, Avanelle Osburn, Geraldine Simco and Joyce Sharp.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Melissa Cole (Jeremy) of Alma, AR and Chase Osburn of Alma, AR; his great grandchild Bella Cole; his sisters, Dama Smith, Liz Peters and Susan Langston; and his daughter-in-law Dian Osburn.
