He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Pack and Opal Pack (Sybil); his wife Vaunda Pack (Troutman); his siblings, Vivian McPeak, Shirley Oliger, Ronald Pack and Elmo Pack; and his grandson Joshua Owen.

He is survived by : his children, Lori Ann Jackson (Larry) of Mountainburg, Karen Sue Trimbee (Robert) of Mountainburg, Lisa Marie Pack of Mountainburg and Robert Pack of Mountainburg; and his grandchildren, Jason Shepherd, Jennifer Jackson, Leslie Jackson, Emiley Jean Shepherd, Leah Turley, Jina Faulkner, Kamaria Williams, Rachel Pack and Robert Kaleb Pack. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
