He is survived by: his wife Brenda Fulks (Dayberry); and his siblings, Richard Fulks, Evelyn Patrick, Wilma Jean Lawrence, Helen Billingsley and Pat Kocher. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many extended family and friends.
