He is survived by: his wife Pauletta Knapp (Henson); his daughters, Cristy Faulkner (Dan, Shannon Jordon), Cammy Whitfield (Mark) and Paula Knapp; and his siblings, Jerry Knapp, Mark Knapp and Naomi Knapp. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
