With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Swafford (Mountain View, Arkansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 26, 2025 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Swafford and Minnie Swafford (Tubbs); his parents-in-law, Herschal and Margie Hall (Potnode); his son Ray Swafford; his sister Barbara Lawson; and his sister-in-law Lucretia Swafford.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Swafford (Hall) of Mountain View, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Sydney Rogers (Aaron) of Tuckerman, Andrew Swafford of Mountain View, Arkansas and Katherine Swafford of Mountain View, Arkansas; his great grandchild Oakley Jo Rogers of Tuckerman, Arkansas; and his siblings, Randy Swafford (Lilly) of Mountain View, Arkansas, Glen Swafford of Mountain View, Arkansas, Brenda Plumb (Paul) of Milford and Linda Fletcher (Jack) of Ida, Arkansas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Arbanna Baptist Church (7554 AR-5, Mountain View, AR 72560).
