Phillip Lance Smith Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Lance Smith of Mountain View, Arkansas, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Vera Smith; and his sister Ann Epps. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Mayer Smith; his children, Laurie Smith Prud'homme (David), Rev. David Smith (Wendy), Katie Smith-Johnson (Mike) and Dr. Michael Smith (Dora); and his grandchildren, Sophie Smith, Caroline Johnson, Isaac Prud'homme, Christian Smith, James Johnson, Elliott Smith and Charlotte Smith. He is also survived by four children and seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's or to The Caring Place, Hot.
