It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nettie Tharp in Mountain View, Arkansas, born in Batesville, Arkansas, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tharp and Nettie Tharp (Jeffries); her husband Freddie Vanover; her children, Sharon Renee Osburn and Sean Wade Osburn; and her brother Charles Monroe Tharp.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelia Lynn Isaac of Mountain View, Arkansas; her sisters, Mary Louise Barnes of Mountain View, Arkansas and Betty Lou Treece Garner of Mountain View, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Michael Osburn, Chris Knighten, Nathaniel Rodgers, Kyle Isaac, Hadyn Isaac, Alexander Osburn and Carmen Osburn; and her friends, Lou McLeod and Mona Looney. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
