It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loy Sutterfield of Mountain View, Arkansas, who passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Sutterfield and Pearl Sutterfield (Bradford); his wife Carol Sutterfield (Foster); his siblings, Orbin Sutterfield, Clifford Sutterfield and LuVern Sutterfield; and his goddaughter Velta Sutterfield Lovil.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Hedrick (Michael), LaDella Myers, Loy David Sutterfield (Kelley), Curtis Sutterfield (Brandy) and Marletta Mangham (Lee); his godchildren, Cheryl Nickell (Nelson), Rene Pennington (Brian), Terence Sutterfield (Tanya) and Tina Holland (Jamey); his siblings, Herman, Coy (Shirley), Lawson (Glenda) and Lois (Clarence); his grandchildren, James, Matthew (Roberta), Dariel (Patti), Loy (Amy), Larissa (Erick), TJ (Brandy), Majesta, Marie, Danielle, Abigail and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Lauren, Katelyn, Alexander (Amanda Hedrick Tripp), AJ, Gabriela, Connor, Peyton, Pheonyx, Ridglyn, Kylin and Nolan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
