He was predeceased by: his father Burrien Barnes; and his sister Reva Gail Reeder. He is survived by: his mother Annie Blackwell Barnes; his wife Sharon House; his children, Kayla Canard (Bob) and Bradley Barnes (Sara); his grandchildren, Brianna, Alannah, Leo and Jasmine; his great grandchild Addison; and his siblings, Rickey Barnes (Deborah), Patricia Carpenter and Janet Talburt. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church (2208 Sugar Hill Rd, Mountain View, AR 72560). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
