He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius Lee "Dude" Henderson and Dollie Henderson, Jr. (Sutterfield); and his siblings, James Henderson and June Burroughs. He is survived by: his sister Leda Faye Lovell of Mountain View; his grandchildren, Kristi Manzanares (Luis) of Fifty-Six, Amber Masterson (Nathan) of Mountain View, Justin Bauerlein (Lauren) of Fort Smith, Danielle Bauerlein of Raleigh, Chris Avey (Kallie) of Alco, Zach Avey (Josey) of Timbo, Emily Johnson (Luke) of Pleasant Grove, Audrey Avey of Springdale, Sydney Mullins (Garrett) of Timbo and Alex Bauerlein of Greenbrier; and also, Shelby Jean, Paulette Nichols (Brent) of Fifty-Six, Robin Bauerlein (Mark) of Timbo and Renee Avey (Stacey) of Timbo. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roller Crouch Chapel (405 S Peabody Ave, Mountain View, AR 72560). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
