It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donnie Lee Marcus Carroll (Mountain View, Arkansas), who passed away on December 3, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Clifford Carroll and Lurline Carroll; and his siblings, Peggy Kirby, Emogene Cotrell, Joe Clifford Carroll, Jr. and Wilburn Carroll.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Clark Carroll; his children, John W. Stepp, Jerry Donald Stepp of Marked Tree, Arkansas and Venus Veber; and his brother Jim Chandler. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren with one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
