We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2023, at the age of 82, David Rackley of Mountain View, Arkansas, born in Ida, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Rackley and Lettie Rackley (Seymore); his children, Brian Rackley and Kay Rackley; and his siblings, Rachel Russell, Carl Rackley, Mitchell Rackley and Dale Rackley.
He is survived by: his significant other Erma Rackley (McCarty); his children, Don Rackley (Allene), Pam Partee (Jerry) and Faye Baker (Harold); and his siblings, Hubert Rackley, William Rackley, Billy Rackley, Joann Hannah, Donna Fox, Kathy Youngblood, Carolyn Thomas, Joyce West and Ronny Rackley. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; along with many extended family and friends.
