With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darla Furrer (Mountain View, Arkansas), born in Alma, Kansas, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Miller and Frances Miller (Heustis); and her husband James Furrer. She is survived by: her siblings, JayDee Miller (Marie) of McFarland, KS, Brent Miller (Amy Bandel) of Alma, KS, Craig Miller (Pam) of Topeka, KS, Mimi Smith (Clete Linenberger) of Topeka, KS and Merti Ricter (Nick Reilly) of Topeka, KS; and her children, Damon Johnson (Jolene) of Topeka, KS, Dylan Johnson (Vicki Meinhardt) of Omaha, NE, Decho Bailey (Walter) of Flower Mound, TX, Darci Ewell (Lankford) of Dripping Springs, TX, Laura Roeser of Menomonie, WI, Donna Anderson (Clarke) of Marshall, AR, Frankie Hendron (Patrick Maxwell) of Black Hawk, CO and DeWyn Avey (Brian) of Fairfield Bay, AR. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
