She is survived by: her children, Pat (Bruce Helms), Janice Goins of Mountain View, Michael (Patsy Goins), Rita (Bobby Garlin) and Tammy (Robbie Cooper); her siblings, Troy Swafford of Mountain View and Elsie Endsley of Heber Springs; and her grandchildren, Wilder, Weston and Ivy Beth Mitchell.
