He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeppie Johnson and Amise Jones Johnson; his siblings, Lawrence Johnson, Elray Johnson, Elton Johnson, Billy Johnson, Leo Johnson and Muriel Wofford; his daughter-in-law Amy Johnson; and his grandson David Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Spiers; his sons, Jesse Johnson and Tommy Johnson (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Faith Bailey (James), Haley Collins (Lucas), Brandon Johnson, Hope Johnson, Nathan Johnson, Jeffrey Johnson, Nevaeh Johnson and Jessica Johnson; his niece Caroline Johnson; and his nephew Frank Strain. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
