He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Allen and Wilma Allen (Pipkin); his wife Margaret Allen; his daughter Nancy Johnson; his siblings, Jim Allen and Naomi Allen; and his grandchild Quinci Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Allen of Fresno, Stacy Allen of Batesville, Arkansas and Chris Bickel of Mountain View, Arkansas; and his siblings, Dalton, Bobby Allen, Betty Woodruff, Mary Allen and Glenda Fozzard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends.
