It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil D Williams (Mountain View, Arkansas), born in Farmville, Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Watt Kenny and Georgia Williams; and his wife Monnie Williams. He is survived by: his sister Pat Kennedy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
