He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Finch, Sr. and Hazel Finch (Taylor); his siblings, Carmen Petty and Richard Finch, Jr.; and his wife Dorothy Avey Finch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Coates (Ed) of Mountain View and Linda Shepherd (Danny); his grandson Travis Shepherd (Amber); his great grandchild Kaylen Shepherd; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kelli and Macayla (Eleanor). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
