We bid farewell to Bonita Clifton Herrington of Mountain View, Arkansas, born in Paragould, Arkansas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 4, 2025 at the age of 75. Bonita Clifton touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Clifton and L. V. Metheny Clifton. She is survived by: her husband Mike Herrington of Mountain View; her children, Daniel Cannon (Amanda) of Bella Vista and Dawn Cannon of Fayetteville; her stepdaughters, Emily Graves (Mike) of Bastrop, Louisiana and Andrea Harkness (Dane) of Bastrop, Louisiana; her siblings, Darrell Clifton, Cliff Clifton and Dawna Whitehead of Wilmot; her siblings-in-law, Spencer Herrington of Bonita, Hugh Herrington (Kitty) of Bastrop, Louisiana, Betty Tullos of Bonita, Louisiana and Cam Herrington of Bonita, Louisiana; her grandsons, Caleb Cannon, Alexander Cannon and Asher Cannon; and her stepgrandchildren, Seth Allen, Tyler Herrington, Dylan Courson and Shelby Courson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wilmot Cemetery. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
