It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Avey (Mountain View, Arkansas), who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Anderson and Essie Farris Anderson; her husband Erstle Avey; her siblings, Clarence Anderson, Jr., Glen Anderson and Maxine Hankwitz; and her sons-in-law, Merl Lewis and Bill Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Lewis and Stacey Avey (Renee); her brother Jim Anderson (Ruth) of Newnata; her grandchildren, Mitch Lewis (Bridget), Justin Lewis (Sarah), Chris Avey (Kallie), Zach Avey (Josey) and Audrey Avey; and her sister-in-law Nancy Anderson. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
