He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Burl Peters and Mary Carter Peters; and his siblings, Archie William Peters, Marie Wagner, Mary Ethel Keller and Madeline Hefton.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jane; his sisters, Virginia Morgan (Larry) of Mountain View, Arkansas and Peggy Smith (Loy Ray Clark) of Mountain View, Arkansas; and his sister-in-law Pearl Halk. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
