She is survived by: her husband Russell Palmer; her children, Michael Palmer, Scottie Watkins (Stephanie) and Regina Dion (Robert); her siblings, Linda Niblett (James) and O. D. Jones; and her grandchildren, Brenndon Palmer, Nathan Watkins, Samantha Watkins, Mason Watkins, Rhonda Miller, Haley Taylor, Luke Dion, Hannah Mitchell and Sawyer Harris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great- grandchildren.
