He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dutch" Kincade and Sue Casiday; his wife Joyce Kincade; and his father-in-law Jim Huey. He is survived by: his son Shannon Kincade (Tina); his granddaughter Ashton Kincade; his brother Ron Kincade (Donna Lea); and his mother-in-law Jewell Huey.
