He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Phillips and Dorothy Phillips (Wolford); and his sister Pricillia Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Joy Phillips (Hall); his son Cody Phillips; his grandsons, William Gavin Phillips and Silas Daniel Phillips; his siblings-in-law, Buck Fountain, Micheal Hall (Barbara) and Jeanie Hall; and his nephews, Jason Fountain, Shane Hall and Matt Hall.
