He is survived by: his wife Deborah Teems (Zohn); his sister Kerry Teems; his children, Daniel Teems (Crystal) and Heather Loyd (Aaron) of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Walker Teems, Judith Loyd, Adelina Jones and Christopher Jones; and his great grandchild Chloe Jones.
