She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton "John" Higgins and Marion Higgins (Ricker); and her siblings, Phillip Higgins (Lois) and Evelyn Clair (George). She is survived by: her children, Eric Lackey of Denver, Colorado, Lynn Lackey of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Michael Lackey (Lynn) of Freeport, Maine.; her husband Bob Lackey; and her sister Irma Allen (Higgins).
