He was predeceased by: his father William Czanstkowski; his sister Kathy Sojka (Czanstkowski); his grandparents, Bruno, Naomi Czanstkowski, Charles (Chuck) and Loretta (Kozlowski); and his great-nephew Garrett Sherry.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Czanstkowski (Kozlowski); his wife Alecia of Mountain Home; his daughter Kaitlin (Archie); his grandchildren, Teigann and Trei of Houston, Texas; his son Ryan of Mountain Home; his siblings, Mike Czanstkowski (Karen) of Ozark, Jeri Sherry (Ray) of Mountain Home and Tom Czanstkowski (Jill) of Mountain Home; his nieces and nephews, Bethany Hughey (Sojka), Adam Sojka, Samantha Sherry, Scott Sherry, Sydney Czanstkowski, Jacob Czanstkowski and Ali Czanstkowski; his great-niece Daryn Sherry; and his great-nephews, Lincoln Sherry and Grant Sherry.
