Cook Jr. (Mountain Home, Arkansas), born in Gadsden, Alabama, who passed away on January 2, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Sr and Bertha Burns Cook, Sr.; his spouse Joyce Ann Wright; and his sister Lexie Cook Wilkes. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Cook (Rico Laidler) of Mountain Home, AR; and his grandchildren, Rowan and John-Carl Laidler. He is also survived by four nieces and one nephew, and all of their children.
