He is survived by: his wife Judy; his son Mitchell; his daughter-in-law Gabriela; his sister Karen Glenn (Colin); his niece Allison; his nephew Andrew; his brother Kimmet Holland (Kathy); his niece Katie Holland (Sean Perez); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Asher and Radley; his nephew Christian Holland (Renee); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Finn and Zoey; his nephews, Daniel Holland and Nathaniel Holland (Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nolan and Bodhi; his brother Bob Ward (Sheila); his close friends, Brian Clairday, Billy Greenwood, Paul Johnston, Kenneth "Buttermilk" Wyatt, Steve Ballard, David Henry, John McQuay, Roger Griffin, Bill Brickey and John Wood; his friends, Jim and Bill Clark; his close friend Teresa Rowe; and also, Amy Wills (Andy), Murray, Henry, Dan Ward, Ledger and Emerson.
