He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Ray and Sally Ann Lewis (Spears); and his grandparents, Dow, Nova Lewis, William and Sylvia Spears.
He is survived by: his wife Brandy Lewis; his brothers, Jeff Lewis of Gassville and Brad Lewis (Pam) of Mountain Home; his nephew Trevor Lewis of Mountain Home; his niece Kinsey Raley of Lakeview; his aunt Kay Spears of Pleasant Valley, MO; and his uncle James Spears (Virginia) of Gamaliel. He is also survived by many cousins; and many very close friends.
