She is survived by: her children, Jay C. Lewis (Jerrlyn) of Mountain Home, AR and Paula Jo Lewis Pinkston of Mountain Home, AR; her brother James (Trish) of Howard's Ridge, MO; her grandchildren, Eric Lewis, Adam Pinkston and Shonna Rick; and her great grandchildren, Eric Lewis, Jr. and Trace Rick.
