With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marjorie Rosenkotter in Mountain Home, Arkansas, born in Grand Island, Nebraska, who passed away on June 8, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Art Rosenkotter and Vesta Rosenkotter (Falldorf); her siblings, Kevin Rosenkotter (Sandra) and Anita Kreienkamp (David); her nephew Nathan Rosenkotter; her nieces, Jennifer Attebery (Jonah) and Rebekah Oleksiw (Christopher); her great-nephew Julian; and her nephew Justin.

“We are much saddened to learn of Marj's passing. We taught together At St. Paul Lutheran in Hilton, NY. After I stopped teaching when my son was born, she made me a counted cross-stitched birth announcement. She was always fun and ready to help whoever needed help. Since she moved back home we kept in touch through Christmas letters. We just found out this sad news when our letter was returned. Gail and Michael Keaton”

“Our family is deeply saddened to learn of Marj’s passing. We knew her from her time at St. Paul Lutheran School in Hilton NY. Fran was the school librarian and would bring lunch for Marj on library days. We enjoyed watching a couple Memorial Day parades at her house. She was a good teacher and friend.
