He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Willie Brown and Reba Faye Brown (Reed); his wife Marcia Brown; his great grandchild Zander Laxton; and his brother Charles Brown.
He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Brown (Starla) of Salem and Kevin Brown (Amanda) of Sacramento, California; and his brother Tom Brown (June) of Salem, Arkansas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Lanton Baptist Church in Lanton, Missouri.
