It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome Domek of Mountain Home, Arkansas, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Domek and Mary Domek (Wojcik); and his son Eric Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; his children, Bob Domek (Laura), Ed Domek (Angie), Annie Byrd (Marc) and Rita Stevens; and his sister Patricia Kuntzendorf. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
