He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Homer" Seaton and Velma Seaton (Eidson); his sister Rita "Cookie" Johnson; and his children, Jonda Meschelle Wilbanks and Jeffery Harl Seaton.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Seaton (Gill); his children, William Wilbanks (Denise Drake), Jason Seaton (Elena) and Christina Seaton; his grandchildren, Drake Clemow (Sarah), Logan Clemow, Ella Seaton, Emma Seaton and Eli; and his siblings, Wanita Willis and Harvey Seaton.
