She is survived by: her husband Raymond Loop; her children, Rebecca (Ron), Ray (Jamie) and Brian; her grandchildren, Jacqueline (Brittan), Michael James, Kiera, Savannah and Lorelei; her great grandchildren, Aeden and Kayson; and her sisters, Nancy and Judy (Jess).
Helen has served her community in California, Utah and Arkansas over 30 years of serving the Elks Foundation both as a spouse of a member and later as a member herself.
