She was predeceased by: her parents, William Campbell and Mary Murphy Campbell; and her siblings, Gordon, Harold, Florence, Lucille and Eleanor.

She is survived by: her spouse Floyd Wainscott; her children, Dean Wainscott (Amy) of Mountain Home, AR, Sandy Nicholson (Chuck) of Peoria, IL, Linda Barboa of Battlefield, MO and Jan Luck of Nixa, MO; and her grandchildren, Brian, Kevin, Krista, Carson, Erin and Christopher. She is also survived by her parents; husband.
