He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Tobias and Minnie Tobias (Bovee); his wife Joyce May Tobias; his children, Dixie Allport, Cheryl Bolling and Richard Topper; his grandchildren, Stormie Tobias and Kurtis Mathews; and his siblings, Shirley Minarik and Gordon Tobias.
He is survived by: his close friend Ann Solley; his children, Pam Frutos (Jay), Len Tobias (Marian) and Lon Horton (Elaine); and his brothers, Delbert Tobias and Clifton Tobias (Shirley). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
