She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur "Shorty" Welch and Ruth Mitchell Welch; her husband Marvin Phillips; her siblings, C. W. Welch, Johnny Welch, C. D. Welch (Pinky) and Marie Davis of Summit, AR.; her daughter Marcita Bennett; and her great grandchild Mallory Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Wayne (Laura), Billy Joe Phillips of Quinlan, Sammy Phillips (Yvette) of Yellville, Arkansas, Lorna Casey (Curtis) of Mountain Home, Arkansas and Margie Bone (Roger) of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and her siblings, Jim Welch, Edward Welch of Yellville, Dorthy Shelton of Yakima Washington and Jean Hyatt of Otto. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 25 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Roller-Burns Funeral Home (725 N Panther Ave, Yellville, AR 72687). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Roller-Burns Funeral Home Chapel (725 N Panther Ave, Yellville, AR 72687).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Main Street Church of Christ in Yellville, Arkansas.
