It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettye Dejarnette of Mountain Home, Arkansas, born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on October 30, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis V. Harper and Ethyl Appling Harper; and her husband Bobby Gene DeJarnette. She is survived by: her daughters, Pharia Pollock of Mountain Home, Daphne Koonce (Butch) of Mountain Home and Lynda Patricia Dycus of Mountain Home; and her grandchildren, Kevin Koonce, Bradley Dycus, Bryan Dycus, Brandon Dycus, Rachael Wilson, Ashby Dycus and Rusty Koonce. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
